We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Live-In Carers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, personalised care to our Service Users, ensuring they remain comfortable, independent, and supported in their own homes.
As a Live-In Carer, your key responsibilities will include:
Personal Care: Assisting with daily personal care routines, such as showering, dressing, and toileting.
Mobility Support: Helping Service Users with movement around their homes, ensuring safety and comfort.
Medication Management: Overseeing medication and assisting with prescriptions as needed.
Companionship: Providing emotional support and companionship to ensure a high quality of life.
Housekeeping: Assisting with cleaning, meal preparation, and other household tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.
Errands: Running errands such as shopping or picking up prescriptions.
Our Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about care and eager to make a difference in their community. To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Compassionate, patient, and experienced in providing care
Skilled in administering medication and supporting Service Users with medical needs
Adaptable, organised, and tech-savvy to manage daily tasks and schedules
Willing to travel to different placements across the Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire
Comfortable with pets and cooking
You must have the Right to Work in the UK (We cannot sponsor Health and Care Worker visas)
Working Hours
Live-In Care: You will live with the Service User in their home, with scheduled time off at agreed intervals.
Accommodation: A private bedroom will be provided during your placement.
The role offers flexibility with both short-term (1-2 weeks) and long-term ongoing placements to suit your lifestyle.
